Job Summary
Analyze current and future state business processes across enterprise ERP applications, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements while translating needs into functional specifications aligned with supported capabilities. Support solution design, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing, then assist with defect analysis, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. Contribute to user documentation, training support, and continuous improvement initiatives across global digital landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise ERP applications in a complex business environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to analyze business processes, troubleshoot application issues, and support ERP-related enhancements
- Strong understanding of at least one core ERP process area such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plant-to-Produce, or Global Trade Management
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business users, SAP functional teams, technical teams, integration teams, external vendors, and project leadership
- Curiosity and willingness to explore, evaluate, and responsibly use AI technologies to improve business analysis, documentation, process optimization, testing, and enterprise application support activities
- Experience supporting System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, defect triage
- Ability to analyze business or system data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAP reports, or similar reporting tools
- Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, and enterprise documentation standards
- Ability to work on site in Harman office in any of the cities mentioned above, per business requirements
- Willingness to support global teams across time zones as needed
- Compliance with Harman background and employment policies per local regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Bonus Points if You Have Experience supporting compliance oriented, trade related, or regulated business processes and training
- Experience working in ERP landscapes involving multiple countries, legal entities, plants, sales organizations, company codes, and regional compliance requirements
- Exposure to SAP-integrated third-party platforms such as Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Seeburger, OpenText, Salesforce, iValua, IBP, or similar enterprise applications
- Experience in ERP landscapes involving multi country
