Digital Business Product Owner

Digital Business Product Owner responsible for shaping product vision and translating business needs into actionable features and acceptance criteria. Key duties include prioritizing and refining the product backlog (defects, enhancements, new features), translating needs into clear user stories, maintaining items in MS Azure DevOps, collaborating with Engineering, UX/UI, and stakeholders to deliver features on schedule, participating in backlog refinement, scoping, solutioning, UAT, and retrospectives, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and users to improve product experience, tracking delivery progress, risks, dependencies, adoption, and value realization, and ensuring alignment across related products while supporting release readiness and product positioning. This role operates from Kosice, Slovakia in a full-time capacity and requires collaboration across multiple time zones with CAT Digital IT in the US. Background in business analysis, critical thinking, software product knowledge, and change request management is expected; experience with tools like AHA and Azure DevOps and familiarity with UI prototype tools such as Figma are advantageous.
