Digital Business Process Specialist

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end process optimization across priority digital initiatives, partnering with Product Owners, Platform Teams (ServiceNow, Power Platform), Data & Analytics, and Business Process Owners to discover, redesign, digitize, and continuously improve enterprise processes—balancing customer experience, efficiency, risk/compliance, and scalability. Drive Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC/Kaizen), establish process standards and KPIs, translate future-state designs into digital workflows on platforms like ServiceNow and RPA/Power Platform, ensure governance and control, enable change adoption, and realize benefits through dashboards and executive reviews. Manage risk, compliance, and documentation; develop change plans and capability uplift; contribute to portfolio prioritization and business-case definitions; foster a data-driven culture with telemetry and KPI tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 15-18 years total experience with 70% of years in Process Excellence/Operational Excellence within Digital/IT, Shared Services, or Enterprise Platforms
- Proven delivery of Lean/Six Sigma improvements and digital workflow enablement (ServiceNow or similar preferred)
- Strong facilitation skills; comfort engaging senior stakeholders across Business, Finance, HR, IT, Cyber, and Controls
- Experience with BPMN tools (Visio, Signavio, Lucid), telemetry/BI (Power BI), and PPM/Agile tools (ServiceNow PPM, ADO, Jira)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology/business; MBA is a plus
- Certifications (preferred): Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt a plus) PMP/ SAFe/Agile certification (nice to have) ITIL Foundation (advantageous for service processes) ServiceNow Fundamentals / Power Platform certifications (nice to have)
