Job Summary
Own the global value narrative for executive leaders across the data and digital portfolio by clarifying the why, defining measurable outcomes, and reporting progress. Translate strategy into an outcomes-based roadmap balancing run/operate, regulatory commitments, technical debt, and innovation. Build measurable business cases with current-state baselines, target KPIs/OKRs, and benefits-realization tracking through adoption. Drive value realization using PAH domain knowledge and AI/LLM technologies to mature high-impact opportunities from concept to scalable capability. Ensure solutions scale as reusable platforms while championing end-user adoption through change readiness and training alignment. Provide matrix leadership to globally distributed technologists, remove blockers, and deliver executive-ready communication on tradeoffs and risk. Lead VDT operational delivery, govern the software portfolio, and manage application lifecycle strategies including upgrades and deprecation. Operate with financial discipline by managing forecasts, vendor spend, and license compliance while ensuring vulnerability posture reporting and remediation. This role supports Zoetis, a Fortune 500 animal health leader, in advancing care for animals through digital innovation. Full-time, office-based position with up to 5% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Genetics, or related) or equivalent experience
- 10+ years' experience in technology/digital portfolio leadership, IT business partnership, product management, consulting, or equivalent
- Demonstrated success with executive stakeholder management, value storytelling, and outcomes measurement (KPIs/OKRs)
- Experience building business cases and leading benefits realization/adoption
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery through influence/matrix leadership
- Portfolio shaping, roadmap prioritization, and demand management
- Business-case development: baselining, KPI/OKR definition, benefits tracking
- Change adoption and stakeholder engagement; executive-ready communication
- Matrix leadership and delivery governance (intent, acceptance criteria, dependency mgmt)
- Financial discipline: forecasting, budget management, vendor spend management
- Working understanding of data/analytics and digital product delivery fundamentals
- Primarily office/desk-based work
- Frequent computer use and meetings
- Travel up to ~5% (domestic and/or international as required)

Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred
- Experience driving AI/LLM-enabled capabilities from concept to scaled adoption with appropriate controls
- Familiarity with platform thinking and reusable capability design (build once patterns)
- Knowledge of service management and operational metrics for run/operate
- Experience in commercial organization environments and/or genetics domain exposure preferred
- Experience leveraging shared services (e.g., GBS/India) and vendors to scale delivery preferred
