Job Summary
Digital Business Partner orchestrates the digital roadmap for factories and local supply chain, translating operational challenges into structured digital and IT demands, and driving adoption of data, analytics, and AI solutions to deliver measurable business value. Builds business cases, aligns IT delivery with business priorities, oversees end-to-end demand intake and governance, and ensures adoption strategies post-implementation while tracking KPIs like OEE, scrap, and ROI across manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working closely with shop-floor operations
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Product Ownership, or similar roles
- Strong experience in business relationship management, demand governance, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
