Digital Business Consultant eCommerce (m/w/d)

Lead eCommerce customers holistically on strategies, platforms, and digital business models while developing growth strategies along the customer journey from conversion optimization to omnichannel concepts. Identify cross- and upselling potentials to derive concrete measures and projects, then manage account plans, sales targets, and forecasts in close collaboration with PMs, devs, and the business direction. Conduct workshops and strategy meetings with clients, prepare decision proposals, and represent the agency at industry events and trade shows. Leverage market and trend knowledge in eCommerce, platform economies, and digital experience to position the firm as a competent growth partner.
