Job Summary
Digital Business Analyst role focusing on translating business needs into clear solution requirements for digital service solutions. Acts as interface between Product Management, service domain experts, architecture, and development teams to clarify needs, resolve gaps, and ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business value. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, defining use cases, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria; maintaining traceability between needs, features, and tests; supporting refinement into epics, features, and user stories; providing requirement clarification during development, testing, rollout, and user acceptance activities; and maintaining high-quality documentation of assumptions, decisions, and process descriptions. Background: university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with experience in business analysis and working in agile/hybrid environments; strong communication and documentation skills; experience with digital service solutions in industrial, energy, utility, or asset-intensive environments is advantageous. The role is based in Krakow, Poland, and involves on-site collaboration with no remote arrangement indicated.
