Job Summary
Lead and own multiple digital brand initiatives and campaigns for premium clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-brief delivery, high-quality outputs, and long-term brand growth across global markets. Drive end-to-end project management, maintain brand consistency, and translate emerging digital trends into high-performing brand opportunities. Act as senior client-facing partner, presenting decks, organizing workshops, and managing regular check-ins while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with campaign objectives. Fluent German and English required; hybrid work model with option for 4-day weeks in Austria.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German and English
- Strong project management experience
- Experience managing digital campaigns and brands
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (creatives, social managers, designers, production)
- Understanding of digital platforms and trends (TikTok formats, AI-driven content)
- Ability to develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients
