Job Summary

Responsibilities include leading a Digital Services team, delivering timely and professional service, resolving complex member concerns, promoting a consultative approach to identifying member needs, managing performance and service standards, and driving operational excellence in digital branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of leadership experience in financial services, digital banking, contact center operations, retail banking, or a related field
- Strong coaching, leadership, and employee development skills
- Experience managing performance, service standards, and operational goals
- Knowledge of consumer lending, deposit products, and digital banking services
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
- A commitment to employee engagement, continuous improvement, and exceptional member service
