Job Summary
The Digital Benefits Platform Engineer will own the digital layer of the client benefit experience by configuring and maintaining benefit websites, building payroll and carrier API integrations, and creating clear communications for employees regarding their benefits. This role requires strong analytical skills to spot discrepancies and excellent communication abilities to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant benefits administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
