Be the first point of contact for digital banking clients, resolving Tier 1 inquiries with speed and care. Provide Tier 1 technical support and basic troubleshooting for mobile and online banking; handle inbound/outbound communications; identify cross-sell opportunities; assist with opening new consumer deposit accounts; maintain accurate CRM documentation; ensure compliance with bank policies; contribute to performance metrics such as First Call Resolution and Customer Satisfaction; support digital onboarding and drive digital adoption while delivering a standout client experience.
