Job Summary
Digital Banking Specialist role responsible for the administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the bank’s consumer digital banking platform (Banno) within the Jack Henry SilverLake environment. Serves as a resource for employees and customers, providing login assistance, enrollment support, troubleshooting, and guidance across online and mobile channels. Supports digital banking adoption, onboarding, and customer education, monitors system performance, manages user entitlements, and assists with testing, implementation, and rollout of updates and integrations. Develops and maintains procedures and training materials, ensures compliance with banking regulations (BSA/AML) and information security standards, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and the digital banking experience.
