Job Summary
Digital Banking Specialist supports administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the bank’s consumer digital banking platform (Banno), serving as a key internal resource for employees and customers. Responsibilities include providing login assistance, troubleshooting, enrollment support, onboarding and education; ensuring accurate operations within Banno and Jack Henry SilverLake integrations; performing routine system maintenance, testing updates, and supporting rollout of new features; maintaining procedures and training materials; and adhering to regulatory requirements and information security standards. The role emphasizes customer experience, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement in digital banking services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms
- Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Understanding of banking regulations and operational controls
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
