Job Summary
Digital Banking Specialist responsible for the administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the bank’s consumer digital banking platform (Banno) within the Jack Henry SilverLake environment. Provides support for digital banking services to employees and customers, including login assistance, enrollment, and navigation guidance; resolves issues and escalates concerns as needed. Collaborates with Retail, Treasury Management, and Operations to drive digital banking adoption, onboarding, and customer education. Performs daily operational tasks, entitlements, service enrollment, reporting, testing, and rollout of updates and integrations; maintains procedures and training materials; ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and information security standards; supports fraud detection and risk controls. Requires 2+ years of digital banking platform experience and familiarity with core banking systems; strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno Digital Platform or similar systems
- Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Understanding of banking regulations and operational controls preferred
- Polished and strong communication, written and listening skills
- Knowledge of relevant fraud detection tools and software
- Familiarity with banking regulations and security protocols
