Job Summary
Digital Banking Specialist supports administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the bank’s consumer digital banking platform (Banno) and related systems. Serves as a subject matter resource for online/mobile banking, bill pay, eStatements, mobile deposit, and debit card controls; provides login assistance, enrollment support, and guidance to employees and customers; resolves issues promptly and escalates when needed. Collaborates with Retail, Treasury Management, and Operations to drive adoption, onboarding, and customer education; performs daily operational tasks (user maintenance, entitlements, service enrollment, reporting), monitors reports, and supports integrations between SilverLake and Banno; assists with testing, implementation, and rollout of updates and new features. Maintains procedures and training materials, supports frontline staff, identifies operational issues, and recommends process improvements; ensures compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements (BSA/AML), and security standards; demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and confidentiality skills; requires ability to multitask and work independently with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno Digital Platform or similar systems.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake.
