Job Summary
Digital Banking Specialist to support administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the bank’s consumer digital banking platform (Banno) including online/mobile banking, bill pay, eStatements, mobile deposit, and debit card controls. Responsibilities include user maintenance, troubleshooting, enrollment support, customer education, reporting, testing and rollout of updates, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Retail, Treasury Management, and Operations to drive digital banking adoption, onboarding, and training; maintains procedures, drives continuous improvement, and safeguards information security. Requires familiarity with digital banking platforms and core banking systems, especially Banno and Jack Henry SilverLake; strong analytical, communicative, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities; occasional travel may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms (preferably Banno Digital Platform or similar)
- Familiarity with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry SilverLake)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Understanding of banking regulations and security protocols
