Job Summary
Digital Banking Specialist to support administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the bank’s consumer digital banking platform (Banno), serve as a resource for employees and customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless online and mobile customer experience. Works with Jack Henry SilverLake environment, supports onboarding and education, performs user maintenance and troubleshooting, assists with integrations and testing, maintains procedures and training materials, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Requires 2+ years of digital banking platform experience, strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently; high school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno Digital Platform or similar systems
- Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Understanding banking regulations and operational controls preferred
- Demonstration of strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of relevant fraud detection tools and software
- Familiarity with banking regulations and security protocols
- Polished and strong communication, written and listening skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Resourceful, well-organized and ability to multitask
