Job Summary
Digital Banking Specialist at Park State Bank supports the administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the consumer digital banking platform (Banno) within the Jack Henry SilverLake environment. Responsibilities include providing digital banking support to employees and customers (login assistance, enrollment support, navigation guidance), resolving issues, onboarding and education efforts, and collaboration with Retail, Treasury Management, and Operations teams. Also responsible for daily operational tasks within Banno and related systems (user maintenance, entitlements, service enrollment, reporting), testing and rollout of updates, and maintaining procedures and training materials. Requires knowledge of digital banking products and services, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, compliance with bank policies and regulations (BSA/AML), and a focus on continuous improvement and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms (preferably Banno Digital Platform or similar)
- Familiarity with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry SilverLake)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Knowledge of banking regulations and security protocols
- Polished written and listening communications skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
