Job Summary
Digital Banking Representative responsible for researching, maintaining, administering, and supporting Blaze members and staff for electronic products and services within our Digital Banking platform. Provides high level technical product delivery, triage of technical issues, onboarding of new members, escalated support for digital products, and creates/maintains procedures documentation. Explains features and benefits of products/services, identifies member needs, and collaborates with branches and operations to resolve online/mobile service problems. Manages vendor relationships for incident escalation and SLA adherence, recommends improvements based on testing and feedback, and identifies compliance and security risks to enable financial-system enhancements. Adheres to applicable laws (Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC) and Blaze values. Requires regular attendance and may include Saturday hours. Physical requirements include sitting/standing, computer use, and travel to designated offices. Salary range: $28.56-$30.50/hour (annualized as $59,445–$63,440) with benefits; Bloomberg bonuses related to DNA and non-DNA experience are also noted.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high School degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in digital product delivery, online, mobile or digital channels, preferably in the financial industry
- Proficiency in Windows, major desktop browsers, iOS, Android OS, and Microsoft Office Apps
- Strong: Investigative skills; attention to detail; customer services skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and/or oral)
