Job Summary
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, member impact, and delivery effort while partnering with technology teams to refine requirements and estimate work. Lead delivery of features and releases by defining acceptance criteria, participating in planning activities, and ensuring solutions meet quality expectations. Gather, analyze, and document requirements, user stories, and functional specifications that translate stakeholder needs into actionable development work. Support planning, implementation, maintenance, testing, and user acceptance activities to ensure successful deployments and high-quality member experiences. Partner with developers, UX designers, analysts, quality assurance, stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate delivery, manage risks, and resolve implementation challenges. Provide clear, timely updates on product status, progress, priorities, risks, and outcomes to leadership and business partners. Support triage, prioritization, and resolution of production issues to maintain product stability. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, two days a week onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors
- 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Design, Solutions Development, Project Management, Digital Product Delivery, or related disciplines
- demonstrated experience managing products throughout the product lifecycle
- leading cross-functional initiatives
- Any equivalent combination of experience and education
- Deep knowledge of product delivery methods
- strong requirements gathering and user story development skills
- Excellent product development lifecycle and release management coordination skills
- Experience with production support, issue resolution and risk management
- Extensive knowledge of digital banking platforms, UX/UI and member engagement
