Digital Banking Experience Specialist

Job Summary
Review online banking applications and create new client accounts, users, and services. Perform maintenance on existing digital profiles and file completed paperwork while maintaining records. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, assisting with password resets, ancillary service issues like Bill Pay and Zelle, and troubleshooting complex digital banking problems. Process reports to identify trends and escalate fraud mitigation as needed. Ensure compliance with security policies, KYC, OFAC, and CIP regulations. This fully in-person role requires relocation from outside the metro area.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- In-depth knowledge of digital banking products and services such as Bill Pay, Zelle, TransferNow, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Fiserv banking software applications
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to appropriately prioritize time-sensitive tasks
- Must be able to utilize innovative thinking to navigate complex digital banking roadblocks
- Must maintain a detailed understanding of all digital banking products and processes
- Must be located in the metro area or willing to relocate prior to start date
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with digital banking solutions or a similar role
