Job Summary
Digital Banking Call Center Representative provides member support via digital channels, handling phone, chat, and email interactions for consumer and business banking. Responsibilities include online and mobile banking tasks, utilizing services such as Popmoney, External Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, Money Management, EStatements, Online Account Opening, and Purchase Rewards; serving as back-up to the Call Center; assisting with ATM, debit, credit, and Reloadable Cards questions; explaining field of membership and account benefits; identifying and preventing fraud; and balancing loan payments at night. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills; scheduled for ~40 hours per week with rotating Saturday availability. Required Qualifications
- Experience working in customer service is required
- financial institution experience is preferred
