Job Summary
Digital Banking Call Center Representative handling Digital Banking phone chat and email rotation, online and mobile banking duties for consumer and business platforms, and assisting members with electronic services (Popmoney, External Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, Money Management, EStatements, Online Account Opening, Purchase Rewards, Apple Pay/Samsung Pay, Online Payment Service). Serves as back up to the Contact Call Center rotation, answers general account questions, assists with questions or problems related to ATM, debit, credit, and Reloadable Cards, provides information about field of membership requirements and account benefits, helps prevent fraud, and balances loan payments by check and debit card at the end of each night. Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is required
- financial institution experience preferred
