Job Summary
Create and review Quality Control reports while managing member profiles across digital banking systems. Provide frontline support for online banking, mobile apps, remote deposit capture, bill pay, and card management via phone, email, or tickets. Troubleshoot login/access issues, monitor system alerts for anomalies, and escalate technical problems to internal teams or vendors. Liaise with Risk Management to develop monitoring strategies and support Treasury Services for business members including ACH and wires. Collaborate with managers to enhance processes, implement upgrades, and compile data for presentations. Maintain awareness of operational controls and industry standards while adhering to compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services industry or technology related customer service
- Equivalent experience
- Experience in financial technology
- Completed Q2 Certification training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Must maintain confidentiality
