Job Summary
Coordinate digital banking implementations, upgrades, and enhancements while maintaining procedures, documentation, and user acceptance testing schedules. Facilitate annual Information Security risk assessments, policy reviews, and penetration testing, then track remediation activities and prepare reports for Executive Leadership and the Board. Maintain IT governance records, vendor due diligence, and software licensing agreements to support audits and regulatory examinations. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, then facilitate meetings and prepare status reports for various departments. Administer security awareness training programs, coordinate phishing simulations, and manage user enrollments within the platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of Digital Banking Platforms
- Knowledge of banking operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of project coordination

Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of KnowBe4
- Banking experience preferred
- Digital Banking product experience preferred
- Project coordination experience preferred
- Regulatory or compliance documentation experience preferred
