Job Summary
Design and deliver end-to-end workflow and automation solutions for customers, leading discovery, defining solution architectures, and implementing scalable digital solutions with measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting discovery workshops, delivering implementations and BAU handover, managing professional-services delivery (utilization and billing), developing solution architectures and Statements of Work, and supporting pre-sales activities (RFx responses, client demonstrations). Required skills include Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), SharePoint migrations/optimisation, systems integration across enterprise platforms, Electroneek (RPA), and Intelligent Capture solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential. This position can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
