Digital Automation Consultant

Job Summary
Lead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities; design and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions from requirements through implementation and BAU handover; manage professional services delivery including utilization and billing; develop solution architectures, Statements of Work, and cost estimates; support pre-sales activities including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations; deliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning with focus on remote delivery where possible; build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders; experience with Nintex, SharePoint consulting, ABBYY FlexiCapture, BPM/RPA/content management; based in Sydney or Melbourne, permanent role.
Required Qualifications
- strong experience across digital workflow and automation technologies
- Nintex suite (Process Manager, Workflow, Forms, K2)
- SharePoint consulting, including configuration and migrations
- Experience in Intelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)
- Broad experience across workflow automation, BPM, RPA, and content management solutions
- Proven experience leading discovery, design, and implementation engagements
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
