Job Summary
Digital Assets Manager for Accenture Strategy & Consulting focused on leading Digital Assets transformation programs within Banking & Capital Markets. Responsibilities include shaping digital asset adoption strategies, exploring custody solutions and financial-crime ecosystem integrations, evaluating blockchain use cases in regulated financial services, and guiding program delivery from client buy-in through budgeting and execution. Requires industry experience in digital assets (stablecoins, tokenized deposits/securities, cryptocurrency), knowledge of operating models, governance, risk & control frameworks, and the ability to develop offerings, pursue business opportunities, and travel up to 80%. Travel-heavy, client-facing role with emphasis on strategy, technology implementations, and analytics-enabled transformation across banking and capital markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
- Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets
- Designed or assessed operating model (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks (policies, procedures, monitoring) within regulated financial services institutions
- Bachelor’s degree
