Job Summary
Digital Assets Manager leading digital asset strategy and delivery for banking & capital markets, focusing on digital asset adoption, custody solutions, regulatory considerations, and financial-crime ecosystem solutions. Responsible for managing end-to-end consulting engagements, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution, and contributing to business development for new opportunities. Travel up to 80%.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
- Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets
- Designed or assessed operating model (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks (policies, procedures, monitoring) within regulated financial services institutions
- Bachelor’s degree
