Job Summary
Manage end-to-end investment product lifecycles, including mutual funds, ETFs, and Sukuk, while overseeing trade processes from order placement through settlement and reconciliation. Leverage deep expertise across liquid and illiquid asset classes such as real estate, public markets, private equity, and DPMs to resolve execution challenges and ensure accurate fund accounting. Collaborate directly with product, technology, commercial, and design teams to drive operational efficiency on the digital retail investment platform. Prior experience with systems like eFront, Aladdin, or SS&C Advent APX is essential, alongside familiarity with CMA regulations, client money rules, and Shariah-compliant fund operations including zakat and purification.
Required Qualifications
- Strong operational knowledge across liquid and illiquid asset classes, including Real Estate, Public Markets, Private Equity, and DPMs
- End-to-end understanding of the investment product lifecycle (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, Sukuk)
- Prior experience with REITs
- Proven expertise in trade lifecycle processes from order placement to settlement, reconciliation, and fund accounting
- Direct experience with platforms such as eFront or similar systems (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, SimCorp, SS&C Advent APX)
- Ability to anticipate and resolve execution challenges with a solution-oriented approach
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CMA regulations, client money rules, custody, and compliance workflows within Saudi Arabia's financial ecosystem
- Experience integrating platforms like Bloomberg, ERP systems, or fund operation tools
- Understanding of Shariah-compliant fund operations, including zakat, purification, and compliance
