Manage metadata standards, tagging, and taxonomies across AEM and Workfront; oversee asset lifecycle from ingestion to archiving; collaborate with creative/marketing teams; conduct audits for data integrity and rights management; support reporting via Power BI.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital asset management, content management, or related discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in library and information science, archival studies, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of information science principles, including metadata standards, taxonomy development, file naming conventions, and asset organization
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Power BI, and content management systems
  • Familiarity with digital file formats that are commonly used in creative and design workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
