Job Summary
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of brand photography assets and product information management by managing SKU linking errors, auditing metadata accuracy, and enforcing strict tagging standards across enterprise DAM and PIM systems. Design and maintain automated task flows and reporting dashboards within Wrike to eliminate manual steps, while acting as a key liaison between Creative Services, Brand, and Product Development to align priorities and track retailer launch dates. Utilize advanced Excel functions to reconcile sample tracking and identify operational inefficiencies, driving continuous process improvements that increase global visibility around sample availability and seasonal changes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a dual DAM/PIM systems administrator or workflow optimization role
- proven experience building complex automations in Wrike
- troubleshooting Salsify linking structures
- integrating data with ERP platforms
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- cross-functional workflow coordination within a consumer goods, retail, or entertainment setting
- Advanced technical proficiency in project management automation tools
- PIM platforms (Salsify)
- enterprise DAM systems (Bynder or ResourceSpace)
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
