Job Summary
Digital Asset & Multimedia Specialist responsible for creating and managing GSOC's visual/digital content. Produces high-quality graphic design and video assets, builds and maintains a centralized digital asset library, develops branded templates, and supports storytelling and fundraising through presentations, social media content, and events. Runs creative intake and workflow management, ensures on-brand output, negotiates scope and deadlines with internal stakeholders, and captures content from key events (photography/videography) for marketing, fundraising, and communications. Requires experience with graphic design and multimedia production, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); ability to organize assets, develop templates, and enable self-service while upholding brand standards.Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–4 years of relevant experience; strong storytelling, project management, collaboration, and time-management skills; California driver’s license and background screening readiness; bilingual a plus; GSOC is an equal opportunity employer.
