Digital Asset Data Lead

Design, ingestion, modeling, and delivery of data across Fidelity Digital Asset Management and partner organizations to enable investment, research, trading, risk, operations, and product teams to derive insight from complex datasets. Establish frameworks, standards, and architecture to transform fragmented structured and unstructured data sources, including on-chain activity, market data, protocol data, and third-party datasets, into trusted, accessible, and analytically useful assets. Partner with engineering and enterprise data organizations to leverage existing expertise, capabilities, and datasets, identifying or designing solutions for new data requirements. This role requires deep data engineering expertise combined with strong domain knowledge of digital assets and blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, and metadata management, along with a strong understanding of modern cloud data architectures and tooling. Experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions and working with large, complex, and unstructured datasets is essential. Experience within digital assets, blockchain, fintech, market data, or quantitative investment environments is preferred.
