Digital Asset Administrator

Digital Asset Administrator for Hasbro's Digital Asset Management (DAM) team, onsite in Shenzhen. Responsible for preparing and inspecting final graphic files to meet print/production standards, cataloging and archiving assets in the DAM system, distributing digital assets to internal/external collaborators, and ensuring secure, well-governed asset delivery. Collaborates with Design, Project Management, Engineering, Legal, and QA to ensure timely, accurate asset delivery. Requires strong DAM/CMS proficiency, graphic software experience, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent organization and communication. Emphasis on metadata, asset governance, and end-to-end asset lifecycle from creation to distribution, with ability to handle confidential assets and maintain high-quality standards.
