Job Summary
Develop and maintain the architecture roadmap across all digital channels, working with business leaders to deliver best-in-class solutions. Present findings and recommendations to the IT Architecture Forum to ensure proposed solutions adhere to established principles. Document licensing implications for detailed solution designs and identify opportunities to decommission legacy systems. Build market and sector knowledge to enable engagement with the business and produce roadmaps for architecture components with third-party solution providers. This role supports the creation of omnichannel experiences for guests, requiring five years of experience in a similar position and expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, microservices, and cloud computing.
Required Qualifications
- Five years' experience in a similar role
- Experience building and maintaining APIs
- An understanding of Microservices, distributed architectures and scalable environments
- Experience building solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud with a particular focus on AEM and Adobe Campaign
- Experience in cloud computing (GCP and/or Azure)
- An understanding of Customer Identity Management
- Demonstrable experience of working within an Agile environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on being able to translate complex data concepts to non technical people
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and work together to make change happen
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate policy and business strategy
- The ability to produce, manipulate, implement or enhance all architecture concepts, roadmaps, principles or effective strategies
- The ability to think laterally and constructively question established process
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications

- Experience building Mobile Apps (Firebase, Flutter experience preferable)
- ITIL foundation – Appreciation of ITIL and Service Design techniques - Desirable
