Digital and Technical Program Manager

Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of execution, from planning to closure, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. Translate business strategy into actionable project plans, with clear milestones and KPIs, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality across multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery excellence. Facilitate stakeholder engagement across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, and quality functions. Monitor and report on project performance and proactively address issues with corrective actions. Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across the project portfolio. Requires Bachelor's degree and experience in Digital Technology or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to operate in cross-functional teams and manage transformational projects involving digital products among the key deliverables. Fluent English and Italian. Flexible working patterns offered by the employer.
