Job Summary
Research, create and edit written and visual content in collaboration with ICG colleagues, creative agencies and external stakeholders. Publish content to ICG’s internal communications platforms and its external owned and shared channels. Measure, monitor and optimise content and channel performance for both human audiences and artificial intelligence. Build connections and working relationships with colleagues across ICG to deliver efficiently and effectively. If not from a private markets background, apply energy and intelligence to learning the spaces in which we operate. Associate level responsibilities include supervising one or two others and managing interns, freelancers, agencies and consultancies to ensure effective use of resources; Analyst level focuses on supporting sub-projects and delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities span client communications, media relations, public affairs, events, awards and issues management as part of the wider Corporate Affairs team. Essential skills include excellent written and spoken English, critical thinking, self-starter attitude, teamwork, attention to detail and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, AI tools (Copilot 365 or similar), Wordpress/FirstUp/SharePoint, social media management, and basic Adobe and Microsoft Creative/Excel tools. Roles labeled Analyst (2-5 years) or Associate (4-10 years) with progression potential; based in the London office near St Paul’s.
