Job Summary
Senior-level Digital Analytics role focused on shaping and leading analytics for employee experience across digital web and mobile products. Responsible for implementing and optimizing analytics frameworks (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), managing tagging and event tracking, and creating dashboards and visualizations to inform product decisions. Collaborates with Digital Product Owners and engineering teams to translate goals into technical specifications, drive data-driven recommendations, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. Publishes insights to senior leadership, ensures data governance and hygiene (including offline data sources), and leads development of internal BI capabilities to democratize data access and enhance analytics maturity. Strong storytelling using digital and offline data sources to influence product roadmaps, feature scoping, and user experience improvements; requires strong data analysis skills (SQL, Python/R) and excellent communication to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in analytics with experience synthesizing and integrating both digital and offline data sources
- Proficient with SQL, R, Python, or similar tools for data analysis
- Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics)
- Experience using tag management systems and data collection frameworks
- Knowledge of journey analytics tools
- Knowledge of Virtual Assistants and measurement strategies to assess VA performance
- Excellent writing and communication skills for executives and stakeholders
