Job Summary
The Digital Analyst I supports MUSC’s scheduling platform (QGenda) by ensuring accurate provider and clinic scheduling, maintaining data integrity, and delivering insights to optimize clinic utilization and scheduling workflows. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules in QGenda, onboarding new users, coordinating scheduling updates across departments, auditing data for accuracy, generating standard and ad hoc reports on scheduling and utilization, developing dashboards for leadership, and training users on scheduling processes. The role combines operations support, analytics, and process improvement to enhance scheduling efficiency and user experience, with collaboration across multiple stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, or systems support
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience with provider scheduling, clinical operations, or healthcare systems (preferably QGenda)
- Experience with data reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Power Apps)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for operational planning
