Job Summary
Asset Management Digital & AI Transformation Director accountable for embedding digital, data, and AI capabilities into core asset management delivery workflows and decision-making. Responsibilities include setting the digital & AI direction, defining an asset-management-specific digital strategy aligned to long-term vision, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, collaborating with Digital Intelligence and governance teams, prototyping in client settings, making buy/build/partner decisions, redesigning end-to-end delivery workflows, building a network of change agents, driving adoption of digital tooling, strengthening data foundations, and managing the innovation backlog to deliver measurable value. Requires extensive leadership in global digital, AI, automation or technology-enabled capabilities, governance and risk management expertise, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a strong track record of delivering strategic transformation within complex, matrixed organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience building and scaling global digital, AI, automation or technology-enabled capabilities
- Experience embedding responsible AI principles into enterprise AI adoption and practices
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across global, regional and local teams
- Degree level education or equivalent practical experience in digital technology, data science, AI, computer science, engineering, business or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred

- Extensive leadership experience building and scaling global digital, AI, automation or technology-enabled capabilities
- Experience embedding responsible AI principles including governance, transparency, human oversight, risk mitigation and regulatory alignment
- Proven strategic leadership defining and executing a global Digital & AI capability vision
- Deep expertise in digital, AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve delivery models and client outcomes
- Experience driving organizational change and broad adoption of new digital and AI capabilities
- Track record of identifying, sponsoring and scaling innovations from pilots to practical capabilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across global, regional and local teams
- Understanding of scalable delivery models, process optimization and operational excellence in digital/AI-enabled services
- Governance and risk management experience including data privacy, AI ethics, information security and compliance requirements
- Talent and capability development experience including building learning programs and communities of practice
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across a complex matrixed environment
- Strategic judgment and execution discipline with ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes
- Leadership style that promotes accountability, inclusion and engagement
- Degree level education in digital technology, data science, AI, computer science, engineering or related field; MBA or related Master’s preferred
