Job Summary
Digital Adviser Channel Manager will lead the management and optimisation of UniSuper’s digital advice channels, focusing on delivery, performance, and continuous improvement aligned to member needs. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of digital advice channels, overseeing vendor performance and contractual obligations, using data and insights to monitor and improve member experience, ensuring governance, risk and compliance for digital advice solutions, and collaborating across teams to align digital advice with broader member strategies. The role requires experience in digital advice or related advisory channels within a regulated environment, vendor/platform management, and a track record as a digital product owner with ability to work with CX designers and web developers. Australian-market knowledge and experience with adviser service portals are preferred. The position supports a mix of in-office and flexible working arrangements with a 60% in-office expectation.
