Digital Advertising Manager

Job Summary
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and Shopping channels for Maxwood’s ecommerce brands. Drive revenue growth and advertising effectiveness by planning and implementing campaign strategy, managing day-to-day optimization, and producing structured reporting. Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, audiences, and bidding strategies; analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Brand Managers and marketplace teams (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair) to ensure cross-channel alignment; develop media mix recommendations and assist with budget allocation. Maintain a strong understanding of advertising technologies, industry best practices, and data-driven optimization to achieve revenue and ROAS targets.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce advertising management
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search & Shopping)
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management
- A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, audience targeting, attribution, website analytics, and media tracking tools
- Demonstrated success optimizing campaign structure, bidding strategies, and advertising performance
- Strong analytical skills including data manipulation and campaign performance analysis
- Ability to evaluate click-through rate, conversion performance, spend efficiency, and creative effectiveness
- Google Ads Certification preferred
- Google Analytics Certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agency experience is a plus
