Job Summary
Lead digital adoption activity across the organisation by working with operational services, central teams, and suppliers to understand service needs, plan training, and embed digital change sustainably. Deliver practical training and support to colleagues while managing readiness and go-live activity for new digital systems. Line manage a Digital Adoption Trainer and shape effective digital solutions through a user-centred approach to adoption and communication. This hybrid role is based at our head office in Warrington with travel to Making Space locations as required. Closing date is 31st August 2026.
