Job Summary
Lead adoption, engagement and commercial utilisation of Wilson’s digital platform ecosystem across landlords, partners and customers. Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Spott, Shuffle and other digital solutions; own B2B marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, CRM integration, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, campaign reporting); build scalable engagement programs to accelerate adoption, retention and revenue growth; partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Commercial and Operations to drive measurable business outcomes; establish traffic from marketing to commercial performance and shape the market positioning and value propositions for the company’s digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Technology or related discipline
- Hands-on expertise with Martech and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong experience in digital engagement, customer success, growth, lifecycle marketing or B2B marketing roles
