Job Summary
Manage client automotive website initiatives by identifying optimization needs, initiating data-driven projects, and forecasting budgets. Deliver medium to large scope site updates unaided, briefing creative and production teams on maintenance and asset generation. Present progress to clients, facilitate reviews, and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and internal team coordination. Articulate past results, measurements, and strategies while stewarding the agency's brand management system. Lead discussions on digital marketing insights and recommendations, ensuring seamless project delivery across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client services function within an ad agency
- Preferred experience in website personalization, leveraging data insights to optimize user experiences and drive engagement for enhanced conversion and performance
- Preferred experience with ad/mar tech stacks, coupled with a grasp of AI capabilities, enabling strategic utilization to optimize campaigns and drive engagement
- Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Knowledgeable in web development process is a MUST
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
- Ability to manage budgets and agency billings
