Job Summary
Manage client relationships and oversee end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. Serve as the main client contact from onboarding to campaign execution, coordinating with Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, Motion Designers, and Paid Media Specialists. Drive campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables; guide brands on high-performing ad concepts; collaborate with internal teams to refine briefs and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines; identify upsell opportunities and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in account management, client success, or project management
- strong digital marketing expertise including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social
- exceptional project management & organizational skills
- excellent client communication & relationship-building skills
- comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
- detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- bonus points: experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
- familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media strategies
