Job Summary
Digital Account Executive responsible for engaging inbound SMB leads in Australia, running discovery calls and product demonstrations, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to paid conversion, and driving growth through upsell/cross-sell. Must be able to manage a pipeline, leverage CRM, utilize AI tools to surface insights, and collaborate with Marketing and Product. Preference for familiarity with RegTech, Compliance, HR Tech, or workforce management technology; requires strong relationship-building, curiosity, and a proven track record in achieving conversions and revenue targets.
