Duties include cold-calling business owners, qualifying needs, growing a book of business through retained clients with residual commissions, delivering virtual and in-person presentations, and building strong client relationships across varied industries. The role features a hybrid work environment (home office and in-field) with on-target earnings in the $90K–$100K range in Year 1 and $100K–$120K in Year 2, with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.
