Job Summary
Clinical Dietitian delivers nutrition counseling via telehealth for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) addressing diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease. Provides comprehensive, value-based nutritional care to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Responsibilities include meeting with patients individually, supporting weight loss goals, educating patients on community resources, evaluating outcomes and reporting, formulating clinical recommendations, addressing barriers to care, collaborating to leverage technology and health information, presenting clinical insights to clients with the account manager, educating clients on clinical programs to promote implementation and adoption, coordinating with the Clinical Innovation Pharmacist for planning, and traveling as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Required
- Registered Dietician Certification (CDR)
- State Certification or Licensure
